I was born among mountains that speak with the wind,
where the sun rises at 4,000 meters,
and the earth breathes stories of time.
In Puno, I learned to run barefoot with a light soul,
nourished by quinoa,
and guided by the wings of the condor.
My name is Jumaqui Mamani.
I paint with the colors of the Andean dawn,
and with the tenderness of my children sleeping nearby.
Today, from Miami, I continue building bridges:
between brush and dance,
between word and image,
between ancestral past
and the present I hold in my hands.
Each of my works is a breath from the highlands,
a memory dressed in light,
an invitation to look deeper.
