2.1. The WEBSITE offers users, i.e., individuals seeking training (hereinafter, USERS), dance courses organized by Salsa & Art Inc. It provides a platform that facilitates the meeting between courses and users in an online environment.
2.2. The use of the WEBSITE implies the express and full acceptance of the conditions set forth herein, without prejudice to the particular conditions that may apply to some of the services offered by Salsa & Art Inc. and that are described at the time of contracting.
2.3. Access to the WEBSITE directly or through any domain name that redirects to this WEBSITE, as well as access to other websites where Salsa & Art Inc. is a provider of offers and content, confers visitor status as a user and requires acceptance of all conditions described in this document.
2.4. Salsa & Art Inc. reserves the right to modify the product and price offer of the WEBSITE or any other aspect of this legal notice, including the contracting conditions, at any time and without prior notice, although such modifications must respect operations already carried out with USERS.
2.5. The use of certain services offered to USERS through the Website may be subject to specific particular conditions that, as the case may be, replace, complete, and/or modify these Legal Conditions. Therefore, prior to using these services, the USER must carefully read and also accept the corresponding particular conditions.
Age Requirement
3.1. Access to the WEBSITE and contracting of dance courses is aimed at individuals over 18 years of age.
3.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, minors may contract the dance courses offered on the WEBSITE, with prior written permission from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who will be considered responsible for all acts performed by the minors under their charge.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
4.1. Salsa & Art Inc. is the owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights, or has obtained the necessary authorizations or licenses for their exploitation, associated with the domain name, trademarks and distinctive signs, the application, the published contents, computer programs and the rest of works and inventions contained in or related to this website and the technology associated with it.

In this way, Salsa & Art Inc. may send the USER alerts about organized courses, newsletters, and any other communication that Salsa & Art Inc. deems may be of interest to them.

5.3. Salsa & Art Inc. undertakes to implement adequate and sufficient technical and organizational security measures to guarantee the security of personal data, as well as to guarantee the secrecy and confidentiality of the information.

The USER, by confirming their registration with Salsa & Art Inc., gives their consent to Salsa & Art Inc. to transfer their image for the sole purpose of Salsa & Art Inc. being able to use said image in online and offline publications for promotional purposes of Salsa & Art Inc. and the dance activities organized.
Additional Terms for Members/Students:
- The individual membership card is personal and non-transferable, which is why the member may not lend their card or authorize it to be used by third parties.
- The Membership card may have an initial surcharge and a charge of 6 euros will be applied in case of loss.
Classroom Rules:
- During classes, access to classrooms is prohibited for: (i) Persons not enrolled in that group or unrelated to Salsa & Art Inc. (ii) Student companions.
- Minors will not be allowed access unless they meet the requirements indicated in section 3.2 of these contracting conditions. Minor students may only take classes at our Muntaner center, with prior authorization from their father, mother, or legal guardian.
- Mobile phones must be turned off or silenced during classes, except in special situations that will be communicated previously and expressly to the teacher.
- Consumption of gum or food is prohibited during classes.
- The center's management reserves the right of admission.
Payment and Cancellation Terms:
- Salsa & Art Inc. may offer STUDENTS discounts if the course enrollment is for more than a month. In these cases, if the STUDENT wishes to cancel during the contracted period, no amount will be reimbursed.
- Payments made are non-refundable unless Salsa & Art Inc. does not carry out the corresponding activities or there is a change in the activity schedule that prevents the STUDENT from attending, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded.
- Once payment has been made, the STUDENT has no right of withdrawal, except in the case of wishing to change a course for another of similar or lower value. In this case, the STUDENT may change activity, by notifying reception in advance.
- In case of not being able to attend the contracted course for a period longer than one month, due to health, work, or study reasons, the STUDENT may pause the enjoyment of the contracted months upon presentation to Salsa & Art Inc. Management.
Limitation of Liability
7.1. The knowledge imparted in the training courses is the result of the experience of the individuals who provide said training.
7.2. Salsa & Art Inc. will make its best efforts to guarantee the quality of the content offered in its courses and the participation of professionals with proven and recognized experience in the sector; however, it does not guarantee that the courses will meet the expectations of the STUDENTS always and at all times.
7.3. Salsa & Art Inc. assumes no responsibility for external links that may be included on the Website, as it has no control over them; consequently, the user will access them under their exclusive responsibility and under the conditions of use that govern them.
7.4. Salsa & Art Inc. exercises the utmost diligence in implementing security measures; however, it assumes no responsibility for the custody and proper use of passwords to access the SITE.
Types of Information We Collect & Use

In accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data, BEST OF TIMES school informs the user of the existence of a personal data file containing the data that users enter on the site. www.SALSA-ART.COM is responsible for the file.

The Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen objects. The Academy reserves the right of admission to courses. Data provided by the interested party or guardian. The BEST OF TIMES Dance Academy is authorized to keep them in its database and send information on the activities organized by it, with the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, and cancellation of said data.
Salsa-Art.com inc. is a professional partnership of private companies having limited liability. Salsa-Art.com inc. general terms and conditions, which include a limitation of liability, are applicable to all work performed. Miami law shall apply. The aggregate liability of the partnership, its members, its employees and third parties used for the partnership’s work and services, shall be limited to any proceeds available under the partnership’s professional liability insurance.The information contained in this communication is confidential and may be legally privileged.
